Tickets are already on sale for upcoming Day out With Thomas events in 2010 at railroads in the US and Canada. This years' A Day Out with Thomas is called the "The Celebration Tour 2010", to mark the 65th birthday of Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends, and the 15th year for A Day Out With Thomas.
A Day Out with Thomas is an exciting way for children and grown-ups to enter the world of Thomas & Friends.
The event provides an opportunity for kids to ride on board a train led
by Thomas and have their pictures taken with Sir Topham Hatt, the
Controller of Thomas' Railway.
Each of the events offers
visitors a fresh and unique experience at each host railroad. Different forms of entertainment are available at each railroad, from petting zoos and
pony rides to face-painting and magic shows, all of which make each Day Out with
Thomas event special. In addition, every location includes a special
viewing station for Thomas & Friends videos, story time and
temporary tattoos of the Island of Sodor friends.
